# Call End Configuration

> Let the agent hang up on its own and send a summary of each call to your endpoint.

Call End Configuration controls when and how the agent ends a call, and whether it produces a summary afterwards. On the **Agent** tab, select **Configure Call Ending**.

## End Call Tool

When enabled, the agent can end the call by itself once your conditions are met. It still ends the call when the caller asks directly.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Conditions** (required) | When the agent should end the call, for example *"End the call when the user says goodbye or confirms they have no further questions."* One condition applies to all languages. |
| **Final Response** (required) | The exact message the agent speaks before hanging up, for example *"Thank you for your time. Goodbye!"* Supports variables. |

<Warning>
  The Final Response isn't translated automatically. Use the language selector inside the field to enter it for **every** configured language, or you won't be able to save.
</Warning>

## Call Summary

When enabled, the agent generates a summary and outcome report at the end of each call and sends it to your endpoint.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Large Language Model (LLM)** (required) | The model that writes the summary. Models with the **Inference** badge need no API key. Other models ask you to choose a [secret](/agent-builder/pipeline/models#use-your-own-api-keys). |
| **Summary Instructions** (required) | What to include, for example *"Summarize the key outcomes and next steps in 3-4 sentences."* |
| **Summary Endpoint URL** (required) | The URL the summary is sent to, for example `https://your-domain.com/webhook`. |
| **HTTP Headers** | Optional headers sent with the request, such as `Authorization: Bearer <token>`. |

Select **Save** to apply your changes to the draft.
