Papla

Papla is a text-to-speech plugin. It converts the agent’s text responses into speech.

Setup

Set your Papla API key in the worker environment. Generate a key from the Papla site:

export PAPLA_API_KEY=<key>

Import the plugin and pass it to the pipeline’s tts slot.

PaplaTTS ships in the Node JS SDK only. The Python SDK does not include this plugin yet.

Synthesized audio is streamed back to the caller after the LLM produces a response.
