This guide walks you through connecting Plivo (Zentrunk) as your SIP provider to Zero Runtime for both inbound and outbound calling.

Prerequisites

Before importing your Plivo number into Zero Runtime, make sure the following are in place:
  • A purchased Plivo phone number. You must have an active phone number in your Plivo account. If you don’t already have one, purchase a number from the Plivo Console before continuing.
  • Plivo Auth ID and Auth Token. These are available from your Plivo Console dashboard.

Import Plivo Number from Dashboard

Import your Plivo number directly from the Zero Runtime Dashboard. Zero Runtime will automatically create both inbound and outbound gateways on your behalf. No manual SIP trunk setup required.

Steps

  1. Open the Zero Runtime Dashboard.
  2. Go to Phone Numbers.
  3. Click the Add Number button.
  4. Choose Import Numbers and select Plivo.
  5. Enter the following details:
    • Plivo Number in E.164 format (e.g., +14155552671)
    • Plivo Auth ID
    • Plivo Auth Token
  6. Submit the form.
Zero Runtime will validate the credentials and automatically configure both the inbound and outbound gateways for the imported number.
With these steps, your Plivo integration with Zero Runtime is fully configured for both inbound and outbound calls.
